Hi, my name is Stephanie. Massage Therapy has been of interest to me for a very long time. The rhythmic ebb and flow of movement in its ability to also provide therapy always spoke to me… a therapeutic practice for both my client and I.
My treatments offer a safe space where we discuss your goals and concerns and tailor the treatment to suit your needs. I have an additional certification in myofascial cupping and I am passionate about continuing my education in other modalities, such as fascial stretch therapy (FST).
Whether you're looking to relax or to get curious about the root cause, I provide a holistic and therapeutic based approach in hopes that you leave with a little extra knowledge, insight, and awareness.
I look forward to working with you!

During this time I have learnt different modalities to add to my massage practice such as yoga, traditional Thai yoga massage, Indian head massage, hot stone, Thai stem massage, and Cupping just to name a few.

I graduated from Zehava school of massage therapy and esthetics in 2001 and have been practicing ever since. During this time I have learnt different modalities to add to my massage practice such as yoga, traditional Thai yoga massage, Indian head massage, hot stone, Thai stem massage, and Cupping just to name a few.
I have worked in both the spa and clinical setting. I have enjoyed them both equally. In the spa the treatments primarily focused on relaxation, aromatherapy, and body treatments such as detoxifying wraps and scrubs, and in the clinic the focus is on MVA’s, chronic pain, deep tissue massage, stretching, cupping and hydrotherapy.
By having the experience and knowledge from working in these two settings I am able to come up with treatment plans that best suits each client.
I am excited to be a part of this team and have the opportunity to help you.

Massage is a tool to help heal. Whether it's stress, illness or simply to pamper yourself, the benefits of massage can be life changing. We would be honoured to take that journey with you.
Communication is key. We need to know what you're feeling, experiencing and what you're looking to gain in order to best help you. In turn, we will explain the treatment and what you can expect to gain from it.

Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body. This massage is beneficial for athletes and those who sit for long periods of time.
Comforting and soothing the ever-changing body of the mother-to-be, this specialized massage relieves aches and pains in muscles and joints, improves circulation and relieves physical fatigue.
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. Cupping can help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being.
